undertake the 4th annual Customer Engagement Survey. This is the largest survey of its kind that
looks at customer engagement strategies, tactics for improving customer
engagement and the challenges they face. This Thursday sees the launch party
for the 4th annual Customer Engagement Survey Report and the unveiling of this year’s

I was honoured this year to
be invited to contribute, somewhat humbled amongst such impressive
company. My commentary considers how
natural user interfaces offer exciting opportunities for businesses to engage
with their audiences.
